Cecelia E. Vaughn (The Official CeV / CECE) is the CEO and Founder of Crowned Elevation, LLC, a platform dedicated to inspiring individuals to elevate themselves to new heights. Originally from Covington, Georgia, and now residing in San Diego, California, Cecelia founded Crowned Elevation on December 12, 2024, with a mission to help others grow through podcasts, giveaways, spoken word, music, and community outreach. Cecelia’s career has been shaped by her 12 years of active-duty service in the United States Navy, where she served both as an enlisted service member and a commissioned officer. Her military experience instilled in her a strong sense of leadership, loyalty, and dedication—values that now drive her work in the civilian world. She attended Georgia State University for two years before completing her degree in Computer Information Systems and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus. As a content creator, artist, and mother, Cecelia brings creativity and passion into everything she does.
